Sreaming silently
That's what it feels like I'm doing lately--screaming long and loud without being heard. I'd like to elaborate right now, but I've got a million other things to do.
oh dear, I'm sorry the situation seems so scream-inducing... and I do know the feeling of wanting to scream and not being able to. It's infuriatingly hard.

Sounds like dreams (nightmares is probably more appropriate) that I tend to have. I know I'm trying to yell/scream but it's just not working.
